This is a season of fun insanity! Caleb has begun the fourth grade and is doing very well. He gets a good amount of homework every day, which he is great about getting done asap. He is playing football for Reston Seahawks! Playing center and defensive end, so much fun to watch! He is very good at it too!
Joshua is in school! The big K! He LOVESSSS it! Very dramatic about all the "hard work", but would melt at the idea of missing a day. His teacher just adores him and tells me every chance she can! They get a color each day, depending on how many times they are spoken too, or reminded to do something (sit still, be quiet, line up, pay attention...) and Mrs. Rice said at this age a perfect "purple" day is near impossible to obtain because it means they weren't spoken to even once! Joshua has very proudly gotten almost all purples....lets just get this rolling at home now! He's taking instructional basketball at the Y on Saturdays (right about Caleb's game time.. :( )
Joelle is in prek, Tuesday and Thursdays, at Calebs old preschool. Her Teacher is Ms. Gail and Joey feels SO grown up going to school! We have our first field trip, to Cox Farm, next week:) She is also doing Ballet on Fridays, of course this is RIGHT up her princess alley! She has one of my friends daughters in her class and they have had a couple of play dates, a new thing for her!
Cyrah....Highly put out that she isn't in school and doesn't have a book bag! BUT...she is POTTY TRAINED!!! No diapers (except at night and nap)! WOOO HOOO! She is doing so awesome with it, it just clicked one day last week! She is also doing gymnastics at the YMCA once a week. She is talking more and more, it's so neat!
Yesterday I became an Auntie again! Laylah Morgan, born at 7:33PM, 7lbs 20 1/2 inches. SOOO sweet!!
Today I'm off to pick up my dad for the night. He is in a semi nursing home-thingy, in DC. He's coming to stay the night and come to Calebs football game tomorrow! The kids and I are really excited:P
That's life right now, I know I'm forgetting something.....Story of my life right now, though!

Oh I am so glad Josh has a teacher that appreciates his adorable-ness!! We miss those kids so much, especially Josh and Joelle! Brooklyn gets very upset when she remembers that they never moved back here. She thinks about it about once every 2 or 3 weeks, and cries until I'm able to distract her again:( Can we have your address so she can write J&J a letter? Love, Kate
Thank you so much for the comments, they're so sweet and they make my day!
